Frequently Asked Questions

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Your PDF guide has a link that makes your own Google Sheets copy in one click, with no upload needed. The formulas, drop-downs and colored alerts all work there. It also works in Excel 2019 or later and Microsoft 365.

Does it include the IRS mileage rate?

No, on purpose: the rate changes every year. There is a pink cell where you type the current rate from irs.gov, and the spreadsheet estimates your business-mileage deduction from it. The estimate is for your records, not tax advice.

How does it know when a service is due?

You set how often each car needs each service, in miles, months or both, from your owner's manual. It finds the last time you did it on the Service Log and shows the miles and days left. Due soon turns yellow and overdue turns red.

Is it a download or a subscription?

A one-time download. You get the blank spreadsheet, a filled-in example and the PDF guide, and they are yours to keep. No account or app needed.
