How Poshmark fees work
Poshmark takes one fee from each US sale. It is a flat $2.95 when the sale is under $15, and 20% when it is $15 or more. It is charged on the final order price, after offers and bundle discounts, and it covers payment processing.
The buyer pays for the prepaid shipping label, so shipping does not change your fee. If you offered a shipping discount, that discount comes out of your earnings.
Accepting offers
Because the fee is 20%, every $5 you drop in an offer costs you $4 of earnings. Put the offer price in the calculator to see your earnings and profit before you accept.
Texas sellers: since October 1, 2025, Poshmark deducts Texas sales tax on its fee (6.25% plus any local rate). Enter your rate in the Texas row.
The formulas behind it
Every result cell is a plain spreadsheet formula, so you can check the math or rebuild it yourself.
