Frequently Asked Questions

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Your PDF guide has a link that makes your own Google Sheets copy in one click, with no upload needed. It also works in Excel 2019 or later and Microsoft 365.

How does it calculate LTV and CAC payback?

LTV is gross margin per customer per month divided by monthly churn, for each plan and blended by your plan mix. CAC payback is your cost to acquire a customer divided by that monthly gross margin. Both use the numbers you type, so they update as you change prices, churn or CAC.

Are the valuation multiples real market numbers?

No. You type the ARR multiple and the profit (SDE or EBITDA) multiple yourself. There is no standard multiple; it depends on growth, churn, size and the buyer. The model shows what your numbers would mean at the multiples you choose.

Is it a download or a subscription?

A one-time download. You pay once and keep the files: the blank model, the filled-in example and the PDF guide.
